All payment methods used to deposit into your jiliso5 account must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted. jiliso5 may request verification of payment method ownership and may withold withdrawals pending this verification.
3.4 Minimum Deposits

Games, Bets and Settlement

5.2 Bet Acceptance

Screen capture of a bet slip that has not been confirmed does not constitute a valid bet. 5.4 Technical Errors

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any jiliso5 content without prior written permission. Scraping, mirroring, or automated data extraction from jiliso5 is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Member-Initiated Closure

Before closure, any available PHP balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the member's verified payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited at closure unless otherwise agreed.
10.2 jiliso5-Initiated Suspension or Closure
jiliso5 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identification failure, or any other situation that jiliso5 considers to pose a risk to the platform, its members, or its compliance obligations. In cases of suspension for investigation, affected balances will be held pending the outcome.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period as defined in the current policy may be classified as inactive. jiliso5 may deduct an inactivity fee from the balance of inactive accounts as stated in the applicable schedule, or may close inactive accounts subject to returning any remaining balance to the member's last verified payment method where feasible.
Changes to These Terms
jiliso5 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through a notice on the platform or by email to the registered account address. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of jiliso5 after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to a change in these Terms, you should close your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use jiliso5 after a change without closing your account will be treated as acceptance.
